She is certified in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) — the gold-standard treatment for OCD — through the University of Pennsylvania, with extensive training in CBT and DBT.

Her style is direct but gentle: you'll leave sessions with real tools, not just a place to vent. She earned her MSW from the University at Albany and is licensed in Pennsylvania and New York.

All sessions are online — secure, private video calls you can join from anywhere in Pennsylvania or New York. No commute, no waiting room, and research shows telehealth therapy works just as well as in-person care.

Sessions are $150, and we accept insurance — reach out with your plan details and we'll confirm your coverage before your first session. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are also available with Marjeta for clients who need a reduced rate — just ask during your free consult.

Yes. What you share in therapy is protected by law and professional ethics. The rare exceptions — like an immediate risk of serious harm — are explained clearly in your first session, before you share anything.

It depends on your goals. Some people come for a focused stretch of 8–16 sessions; others stay longer. Either way, we check in regularly about progress — therapy should be working for you, and you're never locked in.
